At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to generate and print a prepaid shipping label, or download the QR code for a paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location as specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
